This notice explains how AssetLuma handles information submitted through our early-access waitlist.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the name and email address you provide, your consent to receive updates and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use it
- To manage the AssetLuma early-access list
- To send product, beta and launch updates
- To understand interest in AssetLuma and improve the product
- To prevent fraud, spam and misuse
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics on AssetLuma's public marketing and early-access pages to understand visits, early-access interest, completed registrations and beta-login interest. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form contents, property details, financial information, tenant information or user identifiers to Google Analytics. Analytics is not loaded within authenticated dashboards or portfolio pages.
How we share information
We do not sell waitlist information. We may use service providers that help us host the website, store submissions, deliver communications and measure use of our public marketing pages. They may process information only to provide those services or as required by law.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your waitlist information by emailing privacy@assetluma.com.
Retention and security
We retain waitlist information while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The waitlist is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this notice as AssetLuma develops. The effective date above will show when it was last revised.
